Eleven trulli, a masseria and twenty-four hectares of wild scrub in the Itria Valley, given over to a single group of up to eight guests. The four rooms, the grounds, a cook, a concierge and the people who know every stone of the place: for a few nights or for weeks, the hamlet is yours.
In two days you pass through the masseria: the courtyard, a trullo, a sunset, and then the road. In a week you stop, and the place begins to answer: which side the morning sun comes from, which path leads to the specchie, which hour is best for reading in the garden. You stop visiting and start living here. It is the Romans' otium, and having the entire estate is the fullest way to live it.
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners prepared in the masseria with the produce of the Itria Valley and the season. The menu is built with you, and changes with the days.
